Guidelines

  • FPT considers the legislative changes in the field of Corporate Governance an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of its internal control and to boost teamwork.
     
  • Roles and responsibilities are assigned on the basis of resource skills and of the definition and distribution of objectives; every FPT resource is therefore able to perform his or her own duties and feels an integral part of the organisation. This is necessary to ensure that the Sector's objectives are reached rapidly.
     
  • Communication has an essential role at all levels and Management is required to respond actively to the monitoring operations as a fundamental aspect of the process of self-assessment.
     
  • The FPT Top Management supports the control initiatives actively, and encourages a process of constant monitoring, which is integrated with business operations and allows the state of the internal control system to be monitored rapidly.
